2023 Year in Recap

This has been such an eventful year. It is so wonderful to look back and see the year in overview. Before we head into this year’s highlights, here are the previous years in case you missed something. It’s incredible to see how all of the kids have changed:

2023 Highlights

Here are some highlights from this year:

We took the kids skiing to Michigan. The older kids love skiing. While the older kids skied, I stayed with the younger ones at an indoor water park. We had a lovely time.
Joseph Paul graduated high school, so praise Jesus. Two children graduated, and only five more to go.
We hosted Joseph’s graduation party and our moving party. It was such a bittersweet moment.
As we headed down to Florida, we stayed at some campsites – what an incredible summer we had.
Living in Florida for a few weeks, Seraphima broke her little arm. That was so heartbreaking.
Benjamin had surgery for his ACL tear, which happened while we were still in Ohio on our ski trip.
We started getting plugged into our new church and community.
In September, we finally found the most beautiful home. We received the keys to the house the day after Christmas.
Though we weren’t doing anything huge, we started remodeling our new home.
The Lord opened so many beautiful opportunities for me to serve at women’s conferences and retreats all across the United States – it is so humbling and such an honor to serve Him!
